Children with MPGN may present with a range of symptoms, including:
Hematuria (blood in urine). Proteinuria (excess protein in urine). Edema (swelling, particularly in the legs and around the eyes). Hypertension (high blood pressure). Decreased kidney function, which may be detected through blood tests.
