What are the Clinical Features in Pediatric Patients?
In pediatric patients, LFS is often first suspected when a child develops one of the characteristic cancers at a young age. The most common early-onset cancers include soft-tissue sarcomas, osteosarcoma, and various brain tumors. Additionally, children with LFS may present with adrenocortical carcinoma, a rare cancer of the adrenal glands, or acute leukemia.
