- Heart Murmurs: Abnormal heart sounds that may indicate a structural problem. - Syncope: Episodes of fainting, which could be related to heart rhythm issues. - Family History: A family history of heart disease or sudden cardiac death. - Chest Pain: Unexplained chest pain, especially during physical activity.
