Observation: In mild cases, where the impact on vision is minimal, observation and regular follow-up with an ophthalmologist may be sufficient. Non-Surgical Interventions: These may include the use of eyelid crutches (devices attached to glasses to support the eyelid) to manage ptosis. Surgical Interventions: In more severe cases, surgical options such as levator muscle resection, frontalis sling surgery, or other corrective procedures might be considered to improve the appearance and function of the eyelid.
