Synchronization Issues: Achieving perfect synchronization between the ventilator and the infant's breathing can be challenging. Work of Breathing: If not set properly, the infant may experience increased work of breathing, leading to fatigue. Monitoring and Adjustment: Continuous monitoring and frequent adjustments are necessary to ensure optimal ventilation.
