Urinalysis: To detect the presence of bacteria, white blood cells, and nitrites. Urine Culture: To identify the specific bacteria causing the infection. Imaging Tests: Ultrasound or voiding cystourethrogram (VCUG) may be needed for recurrent cases to evaluate anatomical abnormalities.
