Children with FSGS may present with symptoms such as:
Edema (swelling), particularly around the eyes, hands, and feet Proteinuria (high levels of protein in urine) Hypoalbuminemia (low levels of albumin in the blood) Hyperlipidemia (high levels of lipids in the blood) Hypertension (high blood pressure)
These symptoms can lead to complications such as chronic kidney disease and, ultimately, kidney failure.
