Early Manifestations (within the first 2 years of life): These include skin rashes, particularly on the palms and soles, jaundice, hepatosplenomegaly (enlarged liver and spleen), and anemia. Severe cases may present with neurological symptoms such as seizures. Late Manifestations (after 2 years of age): These manifestations can include bone deformities (e.g., saber shins), Hutchinson teeth, hearing loss, and developmental delays.
